All return requests must be made by phone or email. Any package returned without following this procedure will not be accepted. All return requests must be made within 14 days of the invoice date. The customer has a right of withdrawal, but if the order is not exercised, the cancellation cannot be made. Gueules Noires delivers your merchandise as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only. Delivery takes place within 10 business days of payment. Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form. In case of damage during transport, a claim must be made to the carrier within 3 days of delivery. Delivery times and dates are only contractually binding when expressly confirmed by Gueules Noires. If the customer cannot be present on the day of delivery, they must designate an authorized person to receive the delivery.
